Here's How To Get A Quote & Order Your
 Wedding Flowers
Step-by-Step 

You will need to begin working with me at least 8 -10 weeks  prior to the date you need your flowers by - EARLIER IS BETTER TO ASSURE THE FLOWERS YOU WANT ARE IN STOCK.

If you have a very small order, I may be able to create your flowers sooner.

Planning in advance assures time for you to get your quote, consult with me on the exact details of your flowers, receive and sign the Wedding Flower Contract, submit your 50% booking deposit, (on orders over $300.00) and make your final payment for shipment.

All Orders under $300.00 require full payment upon booking your wedding date with Plumeria's.

Smaller orders may be able to be shipped sooner. It depends on the quantity of orders that I am working on at the time, and whether or not I have the flowers in stock that you want. Just ask, if time is a consideration!

Your wedding flowers are your most important accessory and will be photographed almost as much as you are! They will be part of your treasured photographs and deserve time and careful consideration.

1. Please look through the Bridal Portfolio and make note of any flowers that you like. You may be a bride who will chose something directly from the bridal portfolio. 

But if you are like the vast majority of brides, you will want a custom bouquet so let the bridal portfolio be your inspiration!

2. Make a list of the flowers you will need or like, using the Wedding Packages link to help guide you. 

There are also Pricing guidelines on this page that will help you estimate the cost of your flowers before submitting your request for a quote.

3. Request a Quote From Me. I am really good at getting back with brides in a timely manner. You can expect a response from me in 1-2 days unless I am away. (Times when I'm away will be noted on the homepage. I will address your request for a quote when I return!)

4. I will give you a quote based on what you submit on your request a quote form.   Any changes you make after your quote is submitted will change your quoted price. All finalized details will be listed on the Wedding Flower Contract if you decide to use Plumeria's Wedding Flower Boutique for your wedding flowers.

5. Submit any inspiration photos you may have to help guide the design process to PlumeriasWeddingFlowers@msn.com

6. If you like the quote that you receive and/or have further questions, please email me. I'll happily answer your questions! 

Once you have decided you want to work with Plumeria's Wedding Flower Boutique, I will send you a complete Wedding Flower Contract Package. 

 It will contain in full detail, all of the flowers you are requesting, exact prices we have agreed upon, policies, how to pay for your flowers, etc... 

Once the contract is signed you will need to send it back to me.

7.  Payment - All orders over $300.00 require a non-refundable, 50%deposit to book your wedding date. The remaining 50% of your order is due and payable 30 days prior to shipment date of your flowers. Your contract will note the date you must submit your final payment by and that is your responsibility to do so.

Orders under $300.00 must be paid in full.

8. And most importantly, sit back and enjoy this once in a lifetime chapter in your life!
